Top Ten Books On My Fall 2013 TBR List (33)

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish
Even though I RARELY stick to these Top Ten Tuesday TBRs, I still make them. And I generally add books I already have to them, not the awesome books that are about to come out. Those will pop up and make my reading schedule more and more difficult as the months get colder and colder. So here are Ten Books I already have and intend to fit into my busy fall TBR. Many of these may not get read, as happened with my summer TBR Top Ten Tuesday, but still. I took the books off the shelves and took pictures. I'm hoping for brownie points.

1. CURTSIES AND CONSPIRACIES by Gail Carriger
2. SIEGE & STORM by Leigh Bardugo
3. THE DARKEST MINDS by Alexandra Bracken
4. THE ART OF WISHING by Lindsay Ribar
5. THE BOOK OF BROKEN HEARTS by Sarah Ockler

6. FORGIVE ME, LEONARD PEACOCK by Matthew Quick
7. AMY & ROGER'S EPIC DETOUR by Morgan Matson
8. SECOND CHANCE SUMMER by Morgan Matson
9. LOLA AND THE BOY NEXT DOOR by Stephanie Perkins
10. THE BOY ON THE WOODEN BOX by Leon Leyson

What's on your Fall TBR? A bunch of books you already have? Maybe some highly anticipated fall releases? Let me know what's on your radar in the comments below!

  2. I too decided it was best to stick to books I already had on my to-read list! If you've read Anna and the French Kiss, I think you'll love Lola and the Boy Next Door. It was nice to see a return of some of the same characters, and the book was great in its own right!

  3. The Darkest Minds was fantastic! I still have to read Wishing, Amy & Roger, and Forgive Me as well! Looking forward to getting to those!

  4. Siege and Storm AND Second Chance Summer?! Are you trying to kill me with this list? They're some of my absolute faaaaaavorites and omg, you must text me when you read them. I also adored Amy & Roger and Lola, so I'm very excited for you. You need to tell me how The Darkest Minds is, and... I WANT YOUR ARC OF JUST ONE YEAR GIVE IT TO MEEEEEEEEE! (no, read it first, but I wants it, why is it not released yet I can't handle waiting)

  7. Curtsies & Conspiracies and Siege & Storm are on my TBR as well. I'm super excited to get to both. I have an ARC of S&S (and, you know, it's already out), so I guess I could start that one at any time.

I hope you like Lola! I liked Anna a bit more, but they're both very good. I'm juiced for Isla to come out. I neeeeed it.

I just got Second Chance Summer in the mail today. I can't believe I didn't include it in my list. Sigh. I really hope you like Amy and Roger's Epic Detour!

  8. I'm in the minority for SIEGE AND STORM (didn't like it too much), and I want to read AMY & ROGER'S EPIC DETOUR, too! And LOLA AND THE BOY NEXT DOOR is really good--be sure to read it!

  10. Seige and Storm! I hope you love it (and HIM) as much as I do... or better yet probably not so I can have him to myself :P

I needs Lola in my life now. Don't know how I managed to resist buying it at Foyles the other day.

  12. You have some awesome books on your pile. I hope you get to at least a few of them! Good luck. I am the opposite, by putting only upcoming releases on my list, I have a pretty good track record. So far I've done a Spring and a Summer list, (fall today), and I've finished 16.5 of them. I am not counting the 10 from today since they're not released yet!

  20. I'm in the middle of The Book of Broken Hearts right now and it's pretty sweet so far. I also want to pick up The Darkest Minds - I tried before, but I must not have been in the mood for it at the time. Everyone says it's good though, so I'm determined to give it another shot. :D

  23. GIIIIIRL. Siege and Storm AND Morgan Matson?!?! You are in for a treat!!

  24. SECOND CHANCE SUMMER!!!!! OMG, one of the bestest books EVER! Although, it seems like a book that's best read when the weather summer-ish outside, so you might want to dive into that one before it gets too, too fall-ish.
